This great horse came from a family that purchased him for their son to do roping on.  The son was not using him so we were able to purchase this gem of a horse.  Pistol is 13 years old and is as gentle and safe as any horse we have had at Tonkawood.  He is great with the kids, yet is a great horse for an experienced rider that wants safety, a good horse and a great ride.  Pistol stands at 14 3 hands. He is safe on the trail as well as in the ring and has done all the tests we have asked of him with safety and ease.
